Condoserve.com is an information resource and interpretive digest regarding the fundamentals of condominium in Canada.

The site's content profiles, compares and comments upon the various condominium-title systems that operate in Canada and, hopefully, provokes informed discussion regarding the differences in political philosophy reflected in the various statutes.

Even with the legislative revisions recently, or soon-to-be, promulgated in some provinces, it's considered fair to suggest that, given the diversity, every legislative environment contains elements that may, with time, prove to be either deficient or excessive.

Our goal is to provide a forum for contemplation and articulation of condominium principles and ideals, both legislative and operational.
